ZACODERS is a web development, search and custom software company, founded in 2015 by Zohaib Munawar. We build websites, web applications and business systems, and we make sure what we build is found, understood and acted on.

Most businesses buy these from different suppliers and live with the gaps between them. We started from the view that the gaps are where performance is lost: a website's structure limits what its SEO can achieve, and a website that converts well still loses customers if inquiries sit in an inbox. Working across all three lets us fix problems where they actually are.
Our experience includes websites and search work for healthcare providers and clinical psychology practices, real estate businesses, and contractors and home-service companies, alongside custom systems for retail, manufacturing and professional-services businesses.
Zohaib Munawar founded ZACODERS in 2015 and has more than ten years of experience across web development and search. His work spans full-stack and WordPress development, custom software, and SEO — technical, local, semantic and entity SEO, and more recently answer engine and generative engine optimization.
That combination is the reason ZACODERS works the way it does. Having built websites and optimized them for search, he saw how often search problems were created during development — and how rarely the people building a site were responsible for whether it could be found.
On ZACODERS projects, Zohaib is involved directly: in discovery, in the architecture decisions that shape how a site or system performs, and in the technical work.
The decisions that matter most — a website's page structure, a system's data model — come before design, because everything else depends on them.
Crawlability, speed, URL structure and structured data are set during development. We make them deliberately.
Inquiries and customers, not only rankings and traffic.
We'll tell you when something smaller would work, when a packaged product would serve you better, or when a project is outside what we've done.
Code, documentation and IP are yours, and written so another developer could maintain them.
We don't claim experience we can't show. We haven't built clinical, financial-regulatory or large-enterprise systems, and we'll say so plainly if that's what you need. We don't guarantee search rankings or AI citations, because nobody can honestly promise them. And every figure on this site is one we can support — where we don't have a verifiable number, we leave it out rather than estimate.
Source code and intellectual property transfer to you on delivery. That's the default, not a premium option. If our relationship ends, the website or system you paid for is yours to host, run and change however you choose.
ZACODERS is registered in the United Kingdom and based at 178 Gossops Drive, Crawley, West Sussex. We work with clients remotely.
